The Transport Operations Manager role comes with a salary of up to �53,000 plus car allowance & benefits package.

Responsibilities and duties
As Transport Operations Manager you will:
* Ensure all fleet operations including asset management is run effectively.
* Foster, guide, and motivate a unified team to facilitate business growth.
* Manage the divisions budgets ensuring that revenue is maximised.
* Optimise the movement of all company products including feedstock, Bio Fertiliser.
* Reduce third party costs in reference to haulage.
* Ensure the operations administration team are managed effectively whilst working in line with all legislative requirements.
* Assist with supply chain management including developing contracts with key customers.
* Liaise with internal divisions within the company to ensure and maintain internal collaboration.
* Prepare site forecasts and budgets whilst controlling costs.
* Identify and support direct reports with training and development.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
* Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
* The ideal candidate would hold a bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management.
* Compliant with the requirements of the office of the Traffic Commissioner, associated licensing and all things transport.
* Full UK Driving License
