As an Armed forces Administrator at RAF Brize Norton, Carterton, you'll provide efficient administration to support the site, from Payroll to collating meeting minutes, You're the one with the skills to ensure behind the scenes of facilities run like clockwork and ensure your managers feel supported. What you’ll do:
To examine Kronos system daily – supporting compliance for the Establishment
To support the regional directive to improve compliance at Establishment
To ensure compliance for security as security champion for Establishment
To provide efficient and effective administrative services for the Establishment, ensuring tasks are delivered to required timelines. This is a key role, supporting the Establishment interfacing directly with managers and the regional support team
To carry out any other reasonable tasks and/or instructions as directed by management
What you bring:
Essential:
Demonstrate experience of working in a similar role within the service industry at a comparable level
Excellent numerical and communication skills, must be able to demonstrate effective verbal and written communication
Able to work on own initiative within a team environment
Able to demonstrate proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Able to demonstrate attention to detail and adherence to standards
Demonstrate strong organisation and time management
Desirable:
Experience of working within military environment
