As a Fleet Production Leader, you will lead and direct colleagues to ensure the efficient production of well-serviced, maintained, repaired, modified, and cleaned traction and rolling stock. You'll apply depot protection, maintain workloads, guide colleagues in technical tasks, and perform inspections. Ensuring documentation accuracy, providing guidance on technical improvements, and prioritising urgent matters will also be part of your exciting role.
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
Fleet Production Leader Requirements:
* Completed apprenticeship or relevant qualifications in electrical/mechanical engineering.
* Experience with EMUs and/or DMUs maintenance and cleaning activities.
* Familiarity with leadership practices or willingness to undergo training.
* Strong ability to plan and maintain workloads.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
