You will work closely with the other departmental managers, reporting directly to the Hotel Director regarding any essential maintenance with the functionality, efficiency and health & safety of the property being the priority.You will lead a small team of Maintenance Assistants and develop their skills by leading by example.Experience in a similar role is essential, along with relevant qualifications such as PAT testing, electrics, plumbing, fire safety, carpentry, plant room management, health, and safety.
