What you’ll do:
Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction,
Managing the site security team in line with Sodexo site procedure
Lead and manage a team fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction,
Implement and monitor health and safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments
Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents
Ensure achievement against all SLAs and KPIs
Complete detailed reports on incidents and observations
What you bring:
You must have an in date SIA Licence (If you have supervisory experience and experience in security, this isn't essential)
Strong observational, written and communication skills
Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
Knowledge of reviewing and developing SOPS
Proven experience of managing and developing a team
