The Client:

The Role:
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage residential property transactions, ensuring thorough due diligence and excellent client service.
Duties:
- Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
- Manage transactions for leaseholds, freeholds, registered and unregistered properties.
- Process new builds, right to buy, help to buy, shared ownership, lease extensions, and deeds of variation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of residential property law.
- Use case management systems and Microsoft Office efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Conveyancing Solicitor, Conveyancing Lawyer or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
- In-depth knowledge of residential property law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
