Speedy is looking for a talented Operations Data Coordinator to join our team! At Speedy, we believe in bringing your whole self to work and giving it your all. As our Operations Data Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and streamline workflows. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analysing operational data to support decision making and optimize efficiency.  Your skills in data analysis and process improvement will be crucial in supporting our Operations Director and Managers in achieving our goal of being the best in the industry. Joining Speedy means being part of a team that is constantly evolving and pushing boundaries. We are looking for someone who thrives on challenge and is ready to take on new opportunities. If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for operational efficiency, we want to hear from you!Knowledge and Skills required:Collect and compile operational data from various sources.Maintain and update databases and records with accurate and timely data entries.Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular audits and quality checks.Analyse operational data to identify trends, patterns and insights.Generate and distribute regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators whilst also identify opportunities for improvement.Capable of delivering insightful commentary and analysis to address issues and challenges.Provide information relevant to monthly VPRs to enable the Operations Director to present an overall view of their business to the Operations Managing Director. Review actions on D365 to assist Managers and Operations Managers target opportunities for revenue growth and overdue actions.Proactively identify areas of data within processes whereby improvements in data will drive efficiencies and enhance productivity.Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of operational projects and initiatives. Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations teams, management, and other departments. Collaborate effectively to understand business requirements, gather feedback, and align operational strategies with organisational goals.Work with a whole team mindset to ensure that data is reviewed not only at a location-by-location basis but that what is worked upon is beneficial and considered for the whole UKI Hire business. Work with other areas of the business where their data and data quality impact our operation and ensure what we are using is accurate.
