As an Employability & Skills Team Leader, you will supervise and support a team of Employment Advisors to deliver high-quality services and achieve performance targets. This role combines elements of a Senior Employment Advisor, offering a clear path towards a Business Manager position. You will drive customer progression, oversee daily operations, and collaborate with external partners to create employment opportunities. Your role involves strategic planning, team development, and continuous improvement in employability and skills delivery.
Your impact:

Guidance and Coaching: Guide your team in assisting individuals through vocational profiling, action planning, job searching, CV production, and interview preparation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with employers, training providers, Job Centres, Housing Associations, and other stakeholders.
Mentorship: Provide ongoing mentorship and support to your team.
Data Management: Keep accurate records of client interactions and progress for reporting and compliance.
Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with relevant laws and regulations.
KPI Achievement: Motivate your team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client outcomes.
Feedback & Improvement: Engage in continuous feedback with clients and stakeholders to improve services.
Technology Utilisation: Use modern technologies and systems to enhance service delivery.
Team Support: Oversee and support a team managing caseloads, guiding them to secure sustainable employment.
CRM Monitoring: Monitor the team's interactions and data entry on the CRM system, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance.
Promotion of Services: Promote the service's values to external partners and within the community, enhancing visibility and engagement.
In-Work Support: Supervise the delivery of in-work support strategies and employer education to ensure job retention and participant success.
