We are now seeking an organised and conscientious General Manager to oversee the operational running of multiple soft service functions at Dalton Barracks in Oxfordshire on a 12 month fixed-term contract, with great opportunity for future progression. With extensive experience in soft facilities management particularly high-volume contract catering and ideally some knowledge of the military, you will be enthusiastic, highly organised and possess strong stakeholder management skills.Directly managing departmental head, supervisors and frontline colleagues we are looking for someone that can positively engage, empower, influence and lead by example with credibility and passion.
