We are now looking for a talented Funding and Compliance Manager to lead our efforts in securing funding, ensuring compliance, and driving performance across AEB, Apprenticeships, and Skills Bootcamps. Your impact

Funding Management: Identify, secure, and manage various funding streams, ensuring effective budget preparation and allocation.
Compliance Oversight: Guarantee that all training programmes meet regulatory standards and funding requirements, ensuring compliance through regular audits and reporting.
MIS Leadership: Oversee the development and maintenance of the Management Information Service (MIS) to provide accurate, timely data for decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with funding bodies, regulatory agencies, and delivery partners, acting as the primary contact for all funding and compliance-related inquiries.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop the data administration team, ensuring performance excellence and continuous improvement.
Exams Administration: Ensure compliance with JCQ regulations, overseeing the administration of exams across the service.

Who we seek

Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Education Management, or a related field. Professional certifications (CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA) are preferred.
Experience: 7+ years in the further education sector, with at least 5 years managing MIS and ensuring compliance with funding and regulatory requirements. Proven experience in budget management, funding applications, and audit management.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills. Proficient in data management, with expert knowledge of ESFA and ESF funding rules and the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework.
Personal Attributes: A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive individual with a passion for making a difference. You are a strong communicator and team player, skilled in managing priorities and driving performance.
