What you’ll do:
Shape that all-important first impression, greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism
Deliver efficient, friendly 5-star service, ensuring food is presented and served in a clean, hygienic environment.
Communicate effectively with customers and maintain a helpful attitude.
Complete necessary sales controls, documentation, and adhere to Sodexo’s food preparation and presentation standards.
Perform front-of-house cleaning tasks, maintain stock levels, and ensure sufficient supplies and correct food temperatures during service.
Report incidents and customer feedback promptly, assist with special functions, and provide cover during holidays and sickness.
What you bring:
Proactive, resilient, and reliable with a can-do, hands-on attitude and excellent attention to detail.
Effective at working with others, listening well, and demonstrating customer focus and service skills.
Proven experience in a catering environment, adhering to and driving company initiatives.
Shows personal innovation and passion for food and service.
