You will lead a dedicated team, manage stock and budgets, and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen.Key Responsibilities:Menu Development: Design and develop exciting, nutritious, and varied menus that cater to the tastes of our customers while staying within budget.Team Leadership: Manage, train, and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring consistent quality and service.
