Hosting a variety of events from international conferences to concerts, exhibitions, and more. The role of Operations Manager within Clydebuilt at the SEC for Levy is to oversee and coordinate all aspects of Clydebuilt Bar and Kitchens operation to ensure smooth functioning, excellent customer service, profitability, and compliance with regulations. To provide exceptional service to our clients and customers. Manage client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to. Drive foodservice and support service solutions that exceed new and existing customer requirements. Food Safety Certification and Personal License required. Management or hospitality training preferred.Experience: 2+ years in bar/restaurant management with proven staff leadership, budgeting, and cost control skills.
