What we are looking for:Proven experience as a Recruitment Partner, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably within Hospitality.Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition strategies, and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Strong attention to detail and a high level of organisation.
