Are you a dynamic and results-oriented individual? Do you thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment? Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join our bustling team in Manchester, covering the M62 Corridor.

As a Business Development Manager, you will develop new opportunities based on contacts from interested potential parties. You'll seek new customers, follow through all stages of the sales process, including raising quotes, and managing relationships with existing clients. Your role involves introducing the company, arranging and attending meetings, opening new business accounts, and the ongoing day-to-day management of accounts.

Hours of Work: Full-time, with flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.

Business Development Manager Requirements:

* Excellent sales skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and build relationships at all levels.
* Smart, presentable, and attentive, with good presentation skills.
* Proven track record of sales in a target-driven industry, preferably with a consultative or technical background.
* Experience in B2B selling, particularly within professional services.
* Working experience with Facilities Management Companies is advantageous.
* Full driver's licence (preferably clean) and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Field Sales Environment.
* The position is subject to passing a DBS check.

Business Development Manager Benefits:

* �40k basic salary subject to experience, with uncapped commission and bonuses, and a realistic OTE of �60k+.
* 30 days holiday per year (inclusive of public holidays), plus the option to purchase up to 5 extra days.
