Group Quality Leads will have a strong academic background to ensure they are up to date with research and evidence-based developments in teaching and learning and have a proven history of delivering an outstanding curriculum offering. They will drive excellent teaching and learning across the group through observations, skillful coaching and effective CPD and will therefore need to be inspirational and innovative. They will be fundamental in supporting and developing the quality of education across SCL Education Group.
The Group Quality Lead will be responsible for fully achieving the following Curriculum Intent at their education venue(s):
