What you'll be doingResponsibilities / Accountabilities:
All aspects of upholstery training including
● Identifying skills required at each stage of upholstery including correct prepping techniques
● Assess current skill levels at each stage of upholstery
● Identify and rectify skill shortages in current staff population
● Train individuals to the required standards with a strong focus on quality and technique
● Work closely with with development team to assist with new model introduction and training
● Increasing operational flexibility by training staff to be able to cover all aspects of upholstery
● Accelerating the development program through increased training provision
The role is for you if...Capabilities required:
● 5-10 years upholstery knowledge and experience
● Training experience
● Ability to ensure that training meets the required
standards needed
● Good communication skills
● Quality focused
Experience / Qualifications:
Upholstery and training experience required
Great communication skills
Flexibility required to ensure that operational requirements are met
Previous training experience desired
