Get Set for making a difference to people's lives
Get Set UK is more than just an employment services or training provider; we're here to nurture potential and help people move towards a better tomorrow. We support people to make positive changes in their lives and believe people should be able to fulfil their potential, whatever their circumstances.
Right now we are looking for an Apprenticeship Advisor to join our team to cover the Essex region. This is a part-time, term-time only position and will require regular travel across Essex. The role will require around 3.5hrs per day to visit various Schools and events across South Essex. The salary quoted is the full time equivalent.
As an Apprenticeship Advisor you will deliver the ASK (Apprenticeship Support and Knowledge) programme to schools and colleges across Essex, supporting the Get Set Contract Manager to ensure the support needs of students, parents and teachers are met in upskilling and informing them about apprenticeships and T-levels.
As an Apprenticeship Advisor, you will be responsible for working with the stakeholders to ensure contract key performance indicators are met. You will undertake planning meetings with schools and colleges to determine their needs and you will provide high quality activities and bespoke sessions for students, teachers, and parents.
Based in Essex, and covering half of the County, the successful candidate will have excellent experience and knowledge of the work-based learning sector and wider routes into Apprenticeships. Excellent organisational and communication skills are also essential, as this post will involve the need to engage with schools at a range of levels of seniority up to Head Teacher.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and innovative individual with a passion for supporting young people to make informed choices about their future and who wants to join an organisation that improves the lives of thousands of individuals every year.
Join us and be a part of a mission that extends beyond the office walls - a mission that transforms lives and helps shape futures.
