More about the role:As our Senior Event Planner at Leicester City Football Club, you will be responsible for organising and executing a wide range of events, from corporate functions and hospitality experiences to matchday activities and special celebrations. You will work closely with the club’s commercial and operations teams to deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests.Lead the planning and execution of high-profile events at the King Power StadiumManage all aspects of event logistics, including budgets, suppliers, schedules, and guest experiencesDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and clientsCoordinate matchday hospitality and ensure smooth operations for VIP guests and corporate clientsCreate unique, innovative concepts for both football and non-football events to enhance the club’s brandOversee a team of event staff, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detailAbout you:Proven experience in event planning, preferably in a sporting or hospitality environmentStrong organisational and project management skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during matchdaysA passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to excellenceAt Levy UK & Ireland, we take pride in fostering a workplace culture that celebrates diversity and promotes inclusion.
