Belong in a team and thrive in service as a Food and Beverage Service Assistant, with our dynamic catering team in Cambridge CB2 0BA. This role requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:
Act as an “Oracle” for all the services, and products in the building.
Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling
Be the go-to person for providing information and assistance
What you bring:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Positive attitude and a passion for customer service
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
A hands-on approach
