As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational requirements of the Lintel yard. This includes ensuring customer orders are processed and dispatched with a 99% on-time rate, managing team resources, maintaining efficient order and inventory systems, purchasing stock, maintaining supplier relationships, and upholding high standards of housekeeping. You'll also be responsible for health and safety, conducting team meetings, ensuring company vehicles are loaded safely, and planning inventory management activities.
Hours of Work: Full-time position with flexible hours to meet the demands of a dynamic work environment. 08:00- 18:00
Operations Manager Requirements:
* Minimum 12 months experience in a similar Operations role.
* Proven success in improving operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Demonstrable experience in managing staff with strong people management skills.
* Strong communication and leadership skills with a track record of creating high performing teams.
