Brandon Trust is a charity supporting people with a learning disability, autism or both to live life in the way they choose. As a ‘waking nights support worker’ you’ll have a guaranteed number of hours work each week on a rolling rota. You’ll work nights/evenings, generally 9.15pm to 7.15am, covering four consecutive nights one week and three consecutive nights the next. There will also be occasional daytime working, for example to attend training courses.
