As our Multi Skilled Operative, you will be instrumental in providing top-notch maintenance and improvements to our properties. You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional repairs service that ensures our homes are maintained to the highest standard. Your tasks will include carrying out a diverse range of building maintenance duties, such as plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and patch plastering, all while providing excellent customer service. This position offers a chance to showcase your initiative and teamwork in a busy, customer-focused environment.
Hours of Work : 40 hours per week
Multi Skilled Operative Requirements:
* Extensive practical experience in building maintenance and repairs
* Proficient in general plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and patch plastering
* Outstanding customer service and communication skills
* Strong ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
* A full driving licence is essential
Multi Skilled Operative Benefits:
* Salary ranging from �29,228 to �30,766
* Holidays - 24 days annual leave increasing to 28 days, plus bank holidays
* Sick Pay - 1 month full pay plus 1 month half pay after probation
* Travel - Free home-to-work travel within a 30-mile radius of our head office
* Out of Hours - Opportunity to earn an additional �5,000 per annum by joining our out of hours rota
* Overtime - Available 7 days a week with prior agreement
* Pension - We will match your contribution up to 8%
