There are over 1,000 corporate and private events are held at Stamford Bridge each year along with a growing, forward-thinking collection of catering solutions across the rest of the business.Scope of RolePrepare and serve a diverse range of coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks according to established recipes and standards.Craft delicious smoothies and other blended beverages using fresh ingredients and following precise recipes. Operate coffee and smoothie-making equipment, including espresso machines, blenders, and juicers, always ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness.Provide exceptional service by greeting players and staff warmly, taking accurate orders, and addressing any questions or concerns promptly and courteously.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including countertop surfaces, equipment, and storage areas, to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Assist with stocking and replenishing inventory, including coffee beans, fruits, syrups, and other supplies, to meet client demand and minimize disruptions during peak hours.Collaborate with team members and client to ensure smooth operations, including coordinating drink preparation, managing customer flow, and supporting colleagues as needed.Uphold company policies and procedures, including cash handling, sanitation standards, and product quality control, to deliver a consistent and exceptional experience for every customer.Person SpecificationPrevious experience in a café, coffee shop, or similar food and beverage establishment preferred.Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art, is desirable. Familiarity with smoothie-making processes and basic knowledge of fruit and vegetable combinations is an asset. Excellent service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality and cleanliness standards. Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.Client RelationshipMaintain a welcome and positive atmosphere with the client. Build strong relationship with the client understanding the needs and requirements.Working alongside the nutritionists and chefs to fulfill the client needs. Managing the expectation of the client being transparent and honest.  Additional InformationWork Enhancements Private health cover (Medicash, Aviva)Enhanced holiday and birthday off annuallyFree staff meals Job skill enhancement training and courses available (Career Pathways, Apprenticeships)Company pension scheme Exclusive benefits & wellbeing (Perks At Work)Any 5 out of 7 days per weekHours of WorkHours of work will be determined by the needs of the business and subject to the Working Time Directive and any Workforce agreement that is in place.  This role will involve evening and weekend working.Who we are:Levy UK & Ireland is the vibrant and exciting sector of Compass Group, the world’s largest catering company.
