Site Manager - Coalville
�380 - �400 per day per hour (Outside IR35)
Initial 3-month contract (Chance of long term extension)
CSCS Black Card Required
You will be responsible for the following:
* Ensure that the works are undertaken in accordance with all H&S legislation, Policies, Procedures,
* Take ownership of site-based H&S, RAMS and paperwork -H&S File.
* Manage site activities, liaison with engineers and customers
* Ensure that site inductions and daily safety briefings are carried out
* Ensure that site security and appropriate safety notices are installed and maintained.
* Ensure that public pedestrian routes are provided and maintained to NRSWA standards.
* Ensure that suitable welfare facilities are in place and maintained in a clean condition
* Provision of Fire Marshall and First Aid (FAW) cover.
* Provide progress reports, site inspection reports.
* Liaise with management and Engineering staff
* Report any accidents, incidents, near misses or hazards in accordance with client procedures.
The candidate must possess the following skills to be considered for this role:
* 5 years in a similar role
* Degree or HNC in a Mechanical Field
* SMSTS mandatory
* CSCS Black Card
* RAMS
* Dealing with contractors
* Managed team of 10+ Contractors
