A Council is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Waste Services to lead and direct their operational activities related to waste management. This is a critical leadership role contributing to making the borough a great place to live, work, and visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and strategically oversee all aspects of the Council’s Waste Services.
- Ensure compliance with statutory duties, delivering effective services aligned with legislative requirements and Council policies.
- Drive continuous improvement through robust performance management.
- Provide expert advice on waste services in line with local government frameworks and regulations.
