Location: TH Sanders (Richmond, Whitton, Twickenham, Barnes, Roehampton, Ashford, East Sheen, Staines-upon-Thames)
Salary: £28,561.98 per annum (£14.33 per hour)

As a Mobile Funeral Service Arranger with the TH Sanders brand, you will represent our funeral homes across our 9 locations in Richmond, Whitton, Twickenham, Barnes, Roehampton, Ashford, East Sheen, Staines-upon-Thames, providing compassionate care and support to families during one of the most challenging times in their lives.
This role requires a unique blend of empathy, professionalism, and resilience, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of service and support.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating with families to arrange personalised funeral services, offering guidance on every detail to meet their needs.
Regularly communicating with clients via email, phone, and in person, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process.
Caring for deceased individuals in our care, maintaining their presentation for family visits with dignity and respect.
Preparing for family visits, creating a welcoming and comforting environment for those wishing to spend time with their loved ones.
Handling administrative tasks with accuracy, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Training in Funeral Plan Consulting and, once qualified, assisting families in creating bespoke funeral plans.
Flexibility to travel between our funeral homes based on operational needs, supporting different locations as required.
