Are you a natural salesperson who's ready to take on an exciting new challenge? Do you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We are currently looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join our bustling team in Leeds.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. You'll manage relationships with existing clients, from the initial introduction and meetings to opening new business accounts and ongoing account management. This role requires you to seek out new customers, raise quotes, and navigate through all stages of the sales process with finesse.

Business Development Manager Requirements:

* Excellent sales skills with the ability to empathise and build relationships at all levels.
* Smart, presentable, attentive, and possess strong presentation skills.
* Proven sales track record in a target-driven industry, preferably within a consultative or technical background.
* Ideally experienced in B2B selling in professional services.
* Experience working with Facilities Management Companies would be advantageous.
* Must have a full, preferably clean, driver's licence.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Field Sales Environment.
* The position requires a DBS check.

Business Development Manager Benefits:

* �40k basic salary, subject to experience, with uncapped commission and bonuses, offering a realistic OTE of �60k+.
* 30 days holiday per year (inclusive of public holidays), with the option to purchase up to 5 extra days.
