Be part of something greater.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESAssist SFM in Leading the financial operations and processes for all Ascot operations and guide department heads on financial results, KPI management, reporting and analysis.Support & influence key operational decisions, take detailed analysis and make it presentable for both segment review and in-house team review and analysis.Form productive and proactive relationships with the operational heads of department to help embed a stronger commercial focus, support and ensure budgets and forecasts are robust and owned. To ensure that all team members work in a safe environmentTo suppot HOD’s & the business in Cost Management through careful planning pre raceday & key analytics post racedayOperational team support of costs / P&L.
