Astute’s Nuclear team is exclusively partnering with a respected Civil Engineering Company delivering various construction projects to recruit a Site Administrator for its Melton site.
The essential Site Administrator role comes with a salary of �25,000, pension, and initial 1-year fixed contract.

Responsibilities and duties
As the Site Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* Answer phone calls and direct to relevant recipients
* Management of the non-revisable record
* Creations, uploading and scanning of site passes
* Copying, filing and transmitting site documentation via the A-Site platform
* Organising contracts and liaising with contractors
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
* At least 2 years administrative experience
* Experience of work of a similar capacity on a construction site
* Able to start quickly on the project
Personal skills
The Site Administrator role would suit someone who is:
* Good communication and numerical skills
