What you’ll do: 


To supervise and manage the effective operation of all Sodexo contractors.
To ensure H&S policies are followed during all technical activities and that all H&S documents are reviewed and in date.

To liaise with the client as necessary and as instructed by the General Service   Manager to ensure the provision of an efficient and effective maintenance service.
To be first response to breakdowns to ensure correct trade/specialist is mobilised.
To carry out PPM tasks, reactive works and respond to ad hoc requests as required  and, where suitably trained and competent. Tasks to include, but not limited to,  basic plumbing, basic carpentry, painting, repair/replace ceiling tiles and grids, repair/replace carpet tiles and floor/wall tiles, unblocking of drains/toilets, repairs and relocation of office furniture, fire alarm and sprinkler tests, emergency lighting tests etc.
To attend any major incident as required and provide support.
To monitor daily the clients Maximo system and plan work effectively.
To ensure all reactive call requests are input to client Maximo system.
To ensure compliance with clients Maximo PPM schedule.
To ensure that all legal compliance under Sodexo’s scope of works is adhered too.
To raise permits via the client’s permit to work system.
To ensure all RAMS and SOPS for site-based works are accurate, in date and relevant to the task being carried out.
To attend training courses as required.
To carry out any task where reasonably requested and, where suitably trained and competent.


What you bring:  



Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key


A positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service


Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft office, excel, power-point, outlook)


Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
