We are currently looking for a Night Shift Maintenance Engineer to join our bustling team in Wolverhampton.
As a Night Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for maintaining machinery, conducting repairs, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Moreover, you will actively participate in problem-solving and support your colleagues across various functions, fostering a spirit of teamwork. Your knack for attention to detail will help maintain high standards of hygiene and safety while keeping our manufacturing site running efficiently.
Hours of Work: Full-time, night shifts.
Night Shift Maintenance Engineer Requirements:
* HND/HNC preferred; NVQ / C&G / Time Served with relevant engineering qualifications (Electrical Mechanical Engineering, health & safety, etc.).
* Familiarity with FMCG operations and a solid grounding in fault-finding and diagnostics.
* Excellent communication skills with a positive can-do attitude, capable of collaborating effectively within a team.
* Experience in maintenance design and improvement techniques, as well as a strong health and safety ethic.
* Proficiency in using CMMS and Microsoft Office, alongside relevant training such as Manual Handling, Working at Height, and Confined Space.
