Here\'s what you need to know before applying:Your key responsibilities will include:Uploading, auditing and chasing incident packs LTI report & weekly call Weekly / monthly reportsAdministration of HSE lead coursesHSE Connect Maintenance and updatingTaking the minutes of HSE MeetingsAnswering HSE Admin telephone and email enquiries Post management Managing correspondence concerning Environmental Health Officers.Supporting HSE Managers – Reports, documents, travel and accommodation bookings.Production of MAP reportsOOLM – Payroll updateProcess and Maintenance of invoices, out of hours roster and annual leaveCovering tasks of other team members when necessary Hestia monthly incident food and EHO reportingLevy training packs Distribution for eventsAny other duties as requiredOur ideal HSE Administrator will:Excellent administrative skillsStrong compliance driven personalityAbility to self-manage and organiseStrong IT skills – MS Office and websitesSenior stake holder management experienceCompliance drivenEnthusiastic, motivational, someone who strives for excellenceOrganised, able to judge and prioritise Honest, transparent and consistentGain and hold the respect of othersHave a flexible approach with a “can do” attitudeAs part of Compass you\'ll help to feed people, fuel progress and forge connections in around 6,000 venues.
