Seeking a Team Leader in Bodmin Looking for your next step in social care?   We have two Team Leader opportunities in Bodmin.   Are you a confident problem solver, creative thinker with excellent communication skills? Your skills and experience working in care could be a great match for our Team Leader role. All you need is to be a role model for excellent support, who can inspire others and enable them to achieve their goals.  As a manager leading the team, with the support of your registered manager, you will support nine individuals living in their own flats or a smaller supported living setting for three people sharing their home together.  Your support will be centred around each person’s values, preferences and needs.
