You will ensure they have an unforgettable experience.Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Working collaboratively as part of a team, to ensure a warm welcome and effective service to all spa guests.Using reservation systems to efficiently book guest treatments. Amending reservations as/when required.Respond to guest queries, in person, via phone and email.Proactive and adaptable approach to any situations that may occur. Always ensuring guest satisfaction.Communication is key, maintaining effective channels of communication with all departments.Handle guest complaints to the best of your ability, utilising our management team as/when required.Work collaboratively providing regular updates and relevant information to both guests and colleagues. This can include special requests and changes to reservations.About you:Previous experience as a Receptionist is beneficial. Desirably in a spa or hotel. Knowledge of Spa treatments/ products advantageous.
