Trainee Accounts Assistant
The Role:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Trainee Accounts Assistant will be responsible for supporting the finance team with day-to-day activities that will assist in the completion of monthly management accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of month end journals
Maintain monthly staff time allocation
Prepare VAT returns
Assist regions with cost transfer journals
Prepare WIP, debt and retention reconciliations
Assist with the production of the management accounts
Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations
Maintain the fixed asset register
Support the wider finance time as requested
