The oldest major stadium in the world still to be hosting professional football matches. With 40 separate suites and capable of hosting over 1,000 delegates at anyone time it is the perfect venue to host business meetings, wedding and events of all kinds.More about the role:You will provide quality, market leading and customer orientated service through effective administration and customer service. You will support and co-ordinate all bookings, including proactively upselling and exceeding customer expectation. Ensure all sales administration is accomplished effectively and accurately in order to provide a seamless handover to the Operations team.  Liaising with clients to identify, propose and confirm all event catering requirementsPlanning the delivery with the Sheffield United operations and wider team to include locations, timings and numbers whilst ensuring all catering requirements are effectively communicatedAdhering to the Levy’s pricing policies to maximise catering revenues and identify upselling opportunitiesAdminister all event related correspondence ensuring all contractual documents, deposits and final invoices are issued and paid according to company guidelinesBe fully conversant with the details of the event and sales handoverEstablish and maintain good client relationships and regular contact, ensuring that there is comprehensive understanding of the client requirementsCreate full and concise Event Catering Proposals to ensure these are seasonally appropriate and the menu fits with the guests/delegate demographicWho you are:By adopting our core values for teamwork and collaboration the candidate should share our passion for providing excellent visitor experienceYou should act as a role model and set an example for our team and the wider businessYou will have a passion for the events industry, be an effective communicator and have a sound, demonstrable knowledge of food and drinkA self-confident, approachable individual who can prioritise, excellent organisational and time management skillsYou will hold a professional and confident telephone manner and have proficiency in the use of Delphi systemAchieving compliance, customer feedback and complaint handling will also be part of your roleAt Levy UK & Ireland, we take pride in fostering a workplace culture that celebrates diversity and promotes inclusion.
