A well-established law firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of PQE in general litigation.
As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will manage a broad range of litigation matters, focusing on commercial disputes, landlord and tenant issues, construction disagreements, and contested probate cases.
You will be responsible for:
- Handling a diverse caseload involving commercial litigation, tenant and landlord disputes, construction issues, and contested probate cases.
- Offering expert legal advice, guiding clients through their options and potential outcomes.
- Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, witness statements, and briefs.
- Representing clients in court, mediation, and arbitration settings.
- Conducting detailed legal research to support case strategy and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
What we are looking for:
- Must be a qualified solicitor.
- At least 3-5 years of PQE in general litigation.
- Background in commercial litigation, particularly related to tenant and landlord matters, construction disputes, and contested probate.
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
