As Head of Hospitality, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the venue's already thriving hospitality offering.You will develop and execute a successful B2B sales strategy to maximize revenue and profit by proactively introducing our superb match day and concert packages to existing and future customers. Leadership of the hospitality sales team to deliver seamless hospitality sales process and procedures ranging from package development, ticketing and fulfilment.Your focus will be to balance excellence in hospitality sales operational processes with achievement of financial targets while working in collaboration with the wider operational teams to deliver service excellence that exceeds client expectations.We’re experience makers and food fanatics. Be part of something greater.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESAchieve and exceed the venue Hospitality sales budget by actively seeking out new hospitality opportunities through proactive sales calls, networking and face to face meetingsStrategic Leadership of Hospitality TeamRetention of clients and account growthMaintaining sales standards of performanceStrict Payment and Financial Procedures and ProcessesAccurate reporting of Sales and PipelineDelivery of Sales Operation – Ticket Fulfilment, Advance Planning, InventoryExecute & drive the venue’s Hospitality Sales and Marketing plan and schedule of activity in collaboration with the Hospitality Team and Marketing ManagerProactive planning and management of forthcoming events developing strategic B2B sales plansEffective Management of seating inventory allocated to Hospitality by event working in conjunction with onsite clientActive management of package pricing, product development specific to each event to maximise revenue and profit through strong sales and telesales campaignsReport on campaigns sales performance and adapt activity accordinglyThe management of the budgeting process and P&L managementSales Negotiation and client presentationsCollaboration with key Head of Departments to support Hospitality Sales Growth and delivery as wells as cross selling opportunitiesTHE IDEAL CANDIDATEYou will be a renowned expect in the hospitality industry with an excellent understanding the hospitality sales process, package architecture, inventory management, seat manifest and ticketing fulfilment.
