As a Responsible Adult, you will provide essential out-of-hours support to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being in emergency situations. You will build meaningful relationships with young parents, offering holistic support both face-to-face and over the phone while maintaining accurate records of your interactions. Your role will involve collaboration with supported housing officers to communicate updates, safety compliance, and embracing opportunities for improvement in service delivery. You will also participate in ongoing training to enhance your professional development and safeguard the welfare of our residents.

This is a live-in role, you would be required to provide out of hours support to residents in emergency situations. The accommodation is converted modern day flat inside an older building, in the city centre close to shops and restaurants as well as other leisure activities and within close walking distance of the Gloucester Quays. It includes a private parking.

Hours of Work: Varied, on-call up to a maximum of 7.5 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Responsible Adult Requirements:

* Sound knowledge of safeguarding guidelines.
* Experience in a support role, whether paid or voluntary.
* A positive attitude towards change and service development.
* Understanding of homelessness and social exclusion factors.
* Good level of IT literacy and administration skills.
