Sodexo delivers a wide range of Catering and Food services to meet the unique and varied needs of each client across Corporate Services.

We are seeking an organised and conscientious Catering Manager to join one of our high end, engineering clients in Leeds to oversee the preparation and service of upto 200 meals daily onsite and the busy costa bar and to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchens.

With proven experience in as a head chef, in contract catering or hospitality management and a Level 2 Food Safety qualification and Level 3 NVQ or City and Guilds qualification in catering, you will put people, food excellence and customer service at the heart of everything you do.

Working under the guidance of the General Services Manager, you will be expected to manage the day to day catering operations, cover for the chef, ensure that policies are adhered to, oversee a team of FSA’s and be responsible for the following:


Health and Safety (including risk assessments and allergen checks)
Stock Control
Supplier Management
Audits
Staff training


You will be enthusiastic, be able to handle multiple priorities, have high standards and the proven experience to lead by example with credibility and passion.

This role will be Monday to Thursday, working 32 hours per week, however flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the business. The holiday entitlement will be 16 days pro-rated.
