As a Talent & Data Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to support the Global Head of Organisational Development. You'll wield your expert data management skills to bolster our organisational frameworks across Recruitment, Talent & Succession, Learning & Development, and Performance Management. From drafting communications and analysing data to improving processes and supporting global recruitment, your insights and actions will be crucial in shaping our strategic HR endeavours.
Hours of Work: Full-time, with hybrid working flexibility (2-3 days a week in the office)
Talent & Data Coordinator Requirements:
* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication (writing proficiency is important), and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
* IT literate -with the ability to learn new systems and use social media.
* Customer service experience desired
Desirable:
* Level 3 CIPD qualification (Opportunity to study towards a CIPD qualification)
* Data manipulation (using MS Excel) and data analysis skills.
* Skilled in the use of key tools including LinkedIn, Job Boards, and ATS software.
* Hands-on HR or in-house recruitment experience
