What you’ll do:
Take full ownership of an assigned building, ensuring 5-star customer service for all users.
Oversee the availability of food and beverages in a clean, hygienic environment, restocking as needed.
Act as the primary contact for customers regarding facilities and catering services, building strong relationships.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Food Safety, and environmental procedures, addressing any safety issues promptly.
Monitor and maintain kitchen consumables, stationery hubs, and multifunctional printing devices, reporting faults to the appropriate service team.
What you bring:
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key
A positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft office, excel, power-point, outlook)
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
