Senior Product Manager – Insurance Products
UK's number 1 financial services company who are helping millions of consumers save money and make better financial decisions are seeking a Senior Product Managers with expertise in Insurance Products to join their organisation on an initial 6 month contract (Outside IR35). This will be hybrid working, with 10 days per month on site (Peterborough or London).
You'll work with offshore technical teams to manage backlog of work, write stories, for projects focused on capturing, analysing and prioritising customer feedback, including a migration of question sets.
Responsibilities:
* Belonging to and empowering a multi-disciplinary team that may include designers, engineers, researchers, data specialists, marketers, and others to define solutions that provide the best possible route to an agreed customer outcome.
* Ability to think creatively and find ways to disrupt external and internal thinking, to produce world class experiences for our customers
* Utilise subject matter expertise to innovate the quotation experience, enabling fast and effective comparison, accompanied by seamless policy execution
* Utilise subject matter expertise to create a digital customer engagement strategy that provides in-life support and retains customers on the right level of protection each year.
* Analyse and break down requirements, communicate these clearly to the team for delivery
* Deeply analyses journey performance, interpreting and providing insight to shape and iterate the Product Roadmap and overall strategy
* Making effective trade off decisions between conflicting dynamics
* Application of relevant lean approaches to experience development, through research, prototyping and experimentation
Experience required:
* Good understanding of Insurance products and some Data Analysis knowledge.
* Technical understanding of customer engagement beyond initial sale, ideally with a broker
* Highly influential, lead through empowering others, influence and trust
* Understanding of modern, customer-centric product and experience development approaches and techniques
* Understanding on how to collect and use data to drive effective decision making
