Operations Manager Up to £55,000 per annum (DOE)We are recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee 7 sites across the UK located in Milton Keynes, Northampton, Reading, Slough and Crewe. On this high-end luxury brand contract, you will take overall responsibility of the food service delivery in the workplace restaurant along with hospitality and events across the contract. Our workplace food experiences are driven by our promise to live more sustainably and responsibly, working towards our goal of net zero by 2030.Key Responsibilities include:Take overall responsibility of ensuring the contract is operating within contractual terms.Review unit and contract performance, identify improvements and ensure contract compliance to exceed client expectations.Plan and implement the strategy of growth of the business in each through leading the development of long-term account plans.Development of strategic client relationshipsOversee and lead of management of HSE relating to the contract and teams ensuring the statutory requirements are met and all records maintained.Seek ways to enhance quality through innovation and cost efficiency.Communicate strategy to team and ensure that improvements are implemented to maximise performance and customer satisfaction.Support the sales team to develop financially sound bids and proposals through to sign off on contracts.Play a key lead role in the retention of the contract and develop a strategy for growth.Drive and implement strategies to develop, train, maintain and motivate direct team down to frontline to deliver business requirements.Ensure succession planning and development plans are in place for direct reports by you and by your team for the tiers below.About you:Essential3+ years of contract / multi-site management experience in a catering businessExperience of working within brand guidelines to deliver resultsExperience in highly commercial and price sensitive marketsExcellent communication and presentation skillsDemonstrable financial acumenExcellent management skills & ability to demonstrate change management through a teamTrack record of growing sales and retaining businessDriving licenceDesirableCulinary, events or retail backgroundAbout UsWe ensure you\'re rewarded for all your hard work, which is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes but is not limited to:Financial wellbeing programme and preferred rates on salary finance productsAviva Digicare – Free annual healthcare check Medicash – Discounted health cash plan providing cash back on a range of medical treatments including Dental, Optical and Consultant appointments for you and your family.
