Make a real impact! Join our team as a Senior PWP, Traige Lead on a Locum and/or Permenant basis.
We are recruiting for a Triage lead to manage and develop the triage team. The post holder will be an engaging leader and will support a team of triage practitioners; providing clinical guidance, supervision and case management to enhance their experience at work and contribute towards their professional development. The role will suit a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) with a minimum of two years' experience in an IAPT setting.
What you'll do:
* To set and maintain standards of care in clinical triage and deploy, co-ordinate and supervise the triage team across the service to maintain effective and timely response to new referrals.
* To provide leadership and management to a team and support staff covering the triage function.
* To be responsible for the team's maintenance of client and other records
* To participate in the development of protocols and pathways to support self management, standardisation of clinical practice, and efficient use of resources.

This is an opportunity for a Qualifield CBT Therapist to join a team in the Essex area. Ideally the service are looking for someone to work 37.5hrs pw with 1 day remote working.
