The aim is to grow this revenue and resulting net profit over the next 5 years. ExCeL and Immerse London will attract an annual audience of over 5.5m to attend events & experiences.THE ROLEA high-profile opportunity for a dynamic, senior and inspirational retail professional, experienced in delivery across multi site retail and event spaces, ideally with experience working with external food & drink providers. To lead and inspire a team of Department Heads and their teams to deliver exceptional retail and guest experience thereby optimising sales and profitability, in line with ERS values, and, underpinned by a structured approach with an appropriate focus on compliance with relevant company policies, standards and employment principles.Reporting to the ERS Board and through close liaison with key stakeholders, you will be directly responsible for the key result areas below (amongst other general responsibilities).As a member of the ELH (ExCeL London Hospitality) Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will be expected to contribute to the strategic development and sound management of the organization in collaboration with other SLT (Senior Leadership Team) members.Who we are:Levy UK & Ireland is the vibrant and exciting sector of Compass Group, the world’s largest catering company.
