As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a vital role in managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting various finance activities. Key duties will include daily fund/cash flow management, TT payment input, and maintenance of exchange rate and cost tables. On top of this, you will monitor and liaise with banks, prepare cash reports, reconcile bank accounts, and handle foreign currency valuations. Other responsibilities include generating outstanding reports, managing credit notes, processing refunds, and preparing various financial analyses.
Hours of Work: Full-time, Temporary (1-year contract with potential for extension)
Accounting Clerk Requirements:
* AAT qualifications at least or diploma/degree in Finance or Accounting
* Legal right to work in UK
* Good organization, and communication skills
* Familiar with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
* To be honest, responsible and punctual, to be able to work on your own initiative as well as to be a great team worker
