Your impact:
Client Support: Help clients navigate the job market, providing personalised advice and supporting their job search, much like you've guided employees in retail.
Caseload Management: Just as you managed staff, here you'll manage a caseload of individuals, offering tailored support to help them secure meaningful employment.
Job Matching: Instead of matching roles within your store, you'll assist clients in identifying suitable job opportunities and support them in the application process.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with employers, training providers, and Job Centres-building partnerships just like you did with suppliers or customers in retail.
Workshops & Training: Host job clubs, offering advice on CV writing and interview techniques, similar to coaching your team to meet sales targets.
In-Work Support: Continue to mentor clients after they've secured roles, helping them adjust and thrive in their new positions.
KPI Achievement: Work towards hitting key performance indicators, like securing interviews and job placements, while supporting participants through every stage of the employment journey.

As an Employment Advisor at Get Set UK, you'll start with a salary of £28500 (£26,500 - £27k outside London), which will increase to £30k (£27,500 outside London) after successfully passing your probation.Within a year, your salary could rise to £31,500 - £40k (£29k - £32k outside London), and the role opens doors to further opportunities within the company.From there, you could advance to Team Leader with a salary of £34,500 - £37k (£32k - £34k outside London), or transition to roles like Skills & Employability Tutor at £31,500 - £34k (£26,500 - £29K outside London).With dedication and progression, you could eventually step into a Business Manager role, earning £38k - £43,500 (£35k - £38k outside London). The potential for growth within our expanding company and industry is limitless.
