What you'll do:
Provide engaging, friendly, efficient and hygienic front of house services to customers in a timely manner and to the company standards.
Serve customers food and drinks, with high levels of customer service.
Operate the till at our cafes and restaurants.
Keep the work areas clean and tidy at all times.
Assist and take an active role in promoting sales whenever possible, including through company promotions, whilst being sensitive to our customers’ needs.
Assist the catering manager with day to day ordering at the site.
